EXERCISE TRAINING

Our exercise programs are designed around the needs of our clients. Challenges we have successfully overcome include improving fitness, kickstarting weight loss, developing self confidence, and inspiring physical activity.

Personal Training:

Content: Individually tailored, progressive exercise programs towards achieving your goals. Or if you would prefer the motivation and reduction in cost, why not train together with a friend?

trainSMART Training Days:

Content: A physically challenging 90minutes full of new ideas and ideas with like-minded people. We utilise a variety of functional training methods including TRX, kettlebells and ViPR, as well as cardiovascular training, strength and conditioning, pad work, and core strength training.

Dates: January 21, 30, February 18, 27, March 17, 26, April 14, 23, May 12, 26, June 9, 18.

Times: Choose one per month, either Thursday 7.30pm-9.00pm, or Saturday 9.00am-10.30am.
